How to create a website from your LinkedIn profile
Paste the link to your public LinkedIn profile on the wipe homepage. It reads the profile, works out what your site should be, and builds it. This takes about two minutes.
How to do it
- Copy your public profile address — linkedin.com/in/your-name
- Paste it into the field on the homepage and continue
- Create an account — a site needs an owner, an address and an inbox
- Wait while it reads and builds. You can close the window; the work carries on
- Your site opens for review. It stays private until you publish it
If it didn't work
The link isn't accepted
Make sure it's a public profile address, not a search result. A private profile cannot be read.
It looks stuck
A real build takes two to five minutes. If you left the page, the work carries on in the background.
