Billing and cancelling
Plans are monthly or yearly and renew automatically. Cancelling is one press in Your account → Plan, and your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for.
How to do it
- Your account → Plan shows what you pay and when it renews
- "Cancel plan" stops future charges immediately
- A tax invoice is sent automatically for every charge
If it didn't work
My payment failed
Your site does not come down that moment. We keep retrying and send a notice; updating your card fixes it immediately.
